There are easy to use tools in iUgo that will make it quick to copy across your unit plan or different parts of your lesson. Work smarter not harder by preparing layouts you like then copy this all into feature weeks or terms and then all you need to do is tweak and adjust the content as needed.
Copy a daily lesson to a new day
Scroll to the top of your lessons until you see the weeks. Click on the week name to view a dropdown list and select copy day.
Copy a lesson to a new class or group within a week
At the top of the lesson you will see the class name or group name in a grey bar. Across this grey bar is Copy, by selecting this you can make a copy of the current lesson to a new class or group.
Copy a lesson to a new week
Scroll to the top of your lessons until you see the weeks. Click on the week name to view a dropdown list and select copy week. You can choose to make a copy of that week into one or multiple weeks.
Copy a sequential lesson
At the top of the lesson you will see the 'lesson plan' in a grey bar. Across this grey bar is Copy, by selecting this you can make a copy of the current lesson to a new class or group.
Copy a Unit Plan to a new term
Open the Unit Plan you wish to make a copy of then click on the cog at the top right hand corner of the plan. In the cog list select Unit Plan then Copy Unit. A new plan set-up will open enabling you to adjust the timeframe or classroom.
