When your privacy settings are switched on then only you and your plan collaborators will be able to see your planning.


There are two ways to do this.


Private planning for a user.

  1. Click on your name at the top right hand corner to open your account details.
  2. Scroll down to the iUgo section and open privacy settings.
  3. In the next page that loads - click on the private planning checkbox and select save changes.



School wide private planning (only available to school admins).

  1. In the blue menu at the top of the page click on settings.
  2. In the setup section click to open details.

  3. In the next page that loads - click on the school wide private planning checkbox and then click save.
