If your school’s timetable has events at different times on different days, as in the case of most secondary timetables. Then you may find it helpful to create a periodic event series on your Weekly Planner.
Step 1. Go into your Weekly Planner and create a new event. A Create Event window will appear.
Step 2. In the Create Event window. Change the Event Frequency from Weekly to Periodic.
Step 3. Once you have clicked on Periodic it will then change the layout of the Create Event window.
Step 4. Set the number of days on your school timetable.
Step 5. Set the start date.
Step 6. Set a default time for the days that are the same.
