When another teacher has been ticked as a collaborator on your event, the event will appear on their weekly planner and you will then be able to work on the same event(s).


Collaborate on brand new events:
1. Create an event in the weekly planner.
2. Click on the arrow next to your name where is says collaborators and a drop down list with other teachers using iUgo in your school will show.

3. Tick the names of the teachers you wish to share this event with.
4. Click Save on the bottom right hand corner of this pop-up.

5. This event will now show on the weekly planner of all the teachers you have ticked.


Collaborate on existing events: 
1. Click to open the event in your weekly planner.
2. Click on the arrow next to your name where is says collaborators and a drop down list with other teachers using iUgo in your school will show.

3. Tick the names of the teachers you wish to share this event with.
4. Click Update on the bottom right hand corner of this pop-up.

5. This event will now show on the weekly planner of all the teachers you have ticked.
