When another teacher has been ticked as a collaborator on your Long Term Plan, the plan will appear in their account and you will be able to work on the same plan together.
Collaborate on new Long Term Plans
1. Go to Plans then Long Term Planner in the blue menu.
2. Click New+ to start a new Long Term Plan.
3.In the Plan set-up there will be an option called Collaborate With - tick the names of the teachers you are collaborating with. After clicking Save the plan will appear in the other teachers accounts.
Collaborate on existing Long Term Plans
1. Open your Long Term Plan by going to Planner then Long Term Planner in the blue menu.
2. At the top of the plan click on the summary in the blue words, this will open the plan set-up.
3. In the plan set-up add your collaborators then save.
